Unitel are an OFCOM registered telecommunications reseller, partnering with several providers. We have complete access to BT Openreach online systems, allowing us to order and transfer lines, raise faults and book Openreach engineers on the BT system. Our calls are routed via tier one carriers and we guarantee the highest level of call quality. As a reseller, Unitel own our own customers and bill them using an award-winning billing software platform. Customers are billed monthly by email and all payments are made by direct debit directly to Unitel. Our partners and call centre operatives are furnished with a number of competitive tariffs and call bundles that have been created by our experienced telecoms commercial team.



We have several different types of broadband products and services for our wide range of customer requirements. These include LLU (local loop unbundled), 21CN and Fibre broadband. The availability of these products differs dependent on geographical location. We also appreciate that customers have different needs and our experienced telesales teams and commercial managers advise customers based on required usage – the benefits of capped or unlimited broadband at the time of sale.



Unitel are proud to be able to re-bill Vodafone as our mobile proposition. All mobiles appear on the same bill as landline and broadband products. We offer both SIM-only deals and handsets, to give customers the best choice and deal available. All Unitel customers who take both landline and mobiles with us benefit from free calls from their landline to their company mobiles. SIM-only deals begin as low as £12.50 per month and bundles of unlimited texts, minutes and data are all available to our customers. Our deals are all cheaper than Vodafone business direct offers.


Gas & Electric

Unitel are registered Utility brokers for several power companies, including British Gas, Opus Energy, CNG, Ovo Energy and several more. Our team of dedicated and experienced utility brokers speak to customers over the phone and obtain the required information from them in order to get quotes from several suppliers, which will be compared, collated and returned to the customer along with advice and assistance to help them reach a decision. In some cases, bills need to be sent over by the customer to allow a full proposal to be put together.

Gas and Electricity is billed directly by the power companies and a one-off, up-front commission is paid to Unitel. This commission differs vastly depending on the customer usage, kind of deal and other factors. The commission earned by Unitel is shared with our partners.
